1. Concept assessment
It is important to understand the concept of the company in order to design a menu that can reflect the brand. At this early stage we will analyse and assess your brand, concept and operations
2. Menu planning
Our team will study all the details of your brand & operations assessment and will start doing research and planning. They will design tailor made menu proposals for you to choose.
3. Menu Tasting
Once you have chosen your menu, one of our chefs will come on site and prepare with your chef the full menu for tasting and approval. Every dish will have recipe sheet, costs and information sheet for training.
4. Launching
Our Chef will be on site days previous the launching to train the kitchen team and to assist them in setting everything in place for the launch. You can contact us if any needs comes up
